As it's a New Year Eve, Family & friends are gathering. I chose to order a cake from November Bakery through 965flowers.com website.
As Usual I placed the order on 30/12/2012 @ 7:41 pm to delivery it on 31/12/2012 between 11:00 am to 3:00 pm! and I paid it online! 17 KD.
On 31/12/2012, I was surprised that I didn't get my cake till 4:00 pm! So I called November Bakery. One Filipino answered the call after 3 or 4 time of calling and nobody was answering!!!! She was shocked! and she told me that she will check in the kitchen and come back to me!
After 10 mins she called and said "the cake is still in the kitchen and will be delivered soon"! I told her at least by 5:00 pm! I cannot wait any more!!!!
At 5:30s pm I tried to call November Bakery again, no body was answering the calls!!! for more than 15 mins!! somebody answered and when he listen to my problem he closed the phone!!!! Bad Staff I Can say it in Arabic (Qelat Adab!!!)
I was too angry for what happened! I tried to call many times for both their numbers! After many calls one answered me and he said that the driver is on his way, 10 mins ago he left! I told him please before 6:30 pm! I cannot wait anymore!! otherwise I will charge the driver 17 KD and will not take the cake!
After 6:31 pm! I called to cancel My order! No Cake, No Driver, No Money!!! only Lies !!!!!!
I complain to one of the managers their his name is Mahmoud, But I don't think so that they will care of what happened! He said to me that they have many orders they cannot do!! that means that they didn't do my order! didn't called to apologize in the morning, so I can accept it! If they cannot do all the orders they must said that our schedule is full!
In the End I just waste my time with 60 calls with November Bakery!!!!!!
I think I'll go in a illegal way to charge the Bakery with the staff!!!
